VOMAD


Vegan on One Meal A Day

Meal timing is the missing link for my health journey. I am so happy now that I can eat whatever I want, vegan and still feel great. I started this program of eating March 22 and never looked back. I never had a problem with it. No serious symptoms. I do get stomach rumblings some times.   This type of intermittent fasting is also known as 23:1. Drink water and tea for 23 hours. Eat for an hour.

Dr. Berg talks about the 23 benefits of OMAD (One Meal a Day) Intermittent Fasting. Here are the benefits:

I discovered a better way to detox in the cold pool, sauna and steam room.


DETOX to the MAX!!!

1. Steam room with yoga at 51C degrees 30min
2. Rest 15 min and cold pool for 5 min
3. Sauna with qi gong tapping 85C degrees 20min
4. Rest 15 min and cold pool for 5 min
5. Hot cold shower

Spicy Tomato Tonic Juice


Greetings Juicers!!! 

This is my first 2018 Global Juice Fast and I am really enjoying it. Everyone is so positive and supportive. Today is day 4/7 (South Korea) and I decided to make Spicy Tomato Tonic Juice for my breakfast juice. Yummy!!!

To your right is a picture of fruit and veggies that I washed using my Veggie Wash. After placing all the produce into the bowl, I gave them a good few sprays, and then moved them around to get the cleanser to scrub all the surfaces. After a quick rinse, I cut them up and then juiced!!!


The Spicy Tomato Tonic juice recipe calls for the following:
2 roma tomatoes
3 stalks, pieces of celery
1 green apple
1/2 lime
1/2 jalepeno seeds included

I did some minor changes to the recipe. I did not have any limes so I replaced the 1/2 lime with a lemon. I added a red apple instead of a green apple. I added the leaves of the celery, too.























The final result is a beautiful green spicy juice that made my moring! Cheers!

Sproutman's 7-Day Just Juice Diet


The Sproutman's 7 Day Just Juice Diet
It Takes 3 Days: Today is first day of fasting. It usually takes 3 days to get up to speed with the fast. Like a toddler taking their first steps, you should not expect to be on solid ground immediately. Your goal should be to prepare 2 days worth of green juice and colon cleanser drinks so you can just grab them and go. Please give yourself time to gear up. And remember, your modifications are expected. Drink on!

MORNING 8am - Noon
32oz Water within 25 minutes
Liver cleanser –– 10 ounces (grapefruit/lemon recipe)
Some Yoga
Aerobic excercise
Sauna 10-15 minutes
Green juice –– 16 ounces (But consider making 32 oz/1 liter in one juicing session)

AFTERNOON Noon – 5pm

Psyllium Colon cleanser with nut milk and coconut water –– 16 ounces (Consider making 32 oz/1 liter in one session)
Water - anytime
Carrot Beet Apple Juice – 16oz (500ml)
Probiotics - about 50 billion taken with juice (capsules are okay but powder is preferable)
Apple cider vinegar drink (from recipe) 16 oz

EVENING 5pm - Midnite

Green juice –– 16 ounces (500ml) (Made in the morning morning)
Water - anytime
Hot Miso Broth – I also soak in some Nori (seaweed). Then all is strained. 8 ounces
Hot tub bath with Epsom salt or Dr. Singh’s Mustard bath (a great detox)
Chai Herbal Tea – 12 oz (no dairy or sugar!)
Milk Magnesia 1-2 tbsp at bedtime

DAILY EXERCISES. Any aerobic exercise that makes you sweat or breath heavy. Running, biking, dancing, rowing, walking, swimming, hiking, trampoline. No weight lifting/body building this week.


DAILY PROBIOTICS. RenewLife’s Ultimate Flora 50 or 30 Billion available from better health stores. Aim for 50 billion in the morning and 50 billion later in the day. Capsules are okay if you can’t find powder.


OPTIONAL DRINKS. (Not necessarily daily and whatever volume you choose.)

Fresh Squeezed sweet juices made from carrots, beets, granny smith apples, pineapple, grapes, watermelon, citrus.

Aloe Vera Juice


Kombusha


Herbal Teas


Hot Clear Broth made from store bought or bouillon cubes or powders or homemade

Almond milk, Hemp milk, Rice Milk homemade or store bought
Apple Cider Vinegar drink made with honey or other sweetener

EXTRA OPTIONAL CLEANSING

Sauna or Steam Bath
Epsom Salt or Mustard Bath
Massage or other bodywork styles
