My Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush
Ingredients
4 cups of water
4 tablespoons of organic Epsom salt
4oz. organic extra virgin olive oil
6oz. grapefruit juice(freshly squeezed)
Preparation
For preparation, I went on a 12 day fruit diet. I ate pineapple, grapes, lemons, oranges, grapefruit, bananas, apples meals in any way juices, smoothies, salads, or just fruit. I took Chanca Piedra tincture and pill with milk thistle.
The Flush
Tuesday 10/13 I stopped eating at 1pm. I did an enema just before (5:00pm) I took my Epsom salt drink at 6 and 8pm. At 10:00pm I took my oil concoction (Tuesday night). I had to rest right after I consumed the EVOO and grapefruit juice. I didn't get my stones until 5:30p Wednesday night! I was expecting late am or early pm. I was backed up! I had to wait. Once they started, the stones just kept on coming until 11:30p What a night!

Conclusion
I believe my gallstones are gone from my gallbladder because I use to have trouble sitting for 20 minutes in a chair. Although, you can get the same results by cleaning out the liver. Now I can sit for an hour or more without side pain. I use to have trouble sleeping on my right side and my stomach, but now I can sleep on each side. I use to have trouble eating large quantities of food, but now I can eat freely. I had trouble with peanuts, but now, I can eat a lot without side ache.
Stuck Stone Protocol
Stuck Stone Protocol
Gallbladder Attack
SANTHY GEORGE·SONNTAG, 31. JULI 2016
If you get a stone stuck:
1. Dissolve 1 tbsp of
epsom salt in a glass of water and drink it. You can repeat every few hours but epsom is a laxative so
make sure you have access to a toilet.
The epsom will dilate the bile ducts, allowing any stones that may have been stuck to pass on.
2. Vigorously massage
and squeeze the second, third and fourth toes of the feet. This will induce relaxation of the gallbladder and
will help with the release of stones
that may be stuck in the cystic duct, or in the common bile duct.
3. Do a castor oil pack (soak a clean piece of cotton cloth
with castor oil and and place it over
your liver/gallbladder area, cover that with a plastic sheet, then place a hot water bottle or
heating pad over it).
4. Drink some unrefined apple cider vinegar diluted in
water. Repeat as needed.
5. Make an apple
cider vinegar poultice. Take a flannel that is soaked in warm apple cider vinegar and apply that onto the liver
area on the right side of the rib cage.
This will also relax the bile ducts and allow stones that are stuck to pass.
6. Take 100 - 500 mg
of niacin (vitamin B3, the flushing kind). This will also help to relax and dilate the bile ducts. But if
you've never taken niacin before, start
with a low dose to avoid unpleasant reactions.
7. Do a coffee enema. That will put pressure on the stone by
stimulating the liver to release bile.
8. Drink half a cup
to one cup of red beet juice during the next two or three meals. Not before or after but during the meal itself,
as that will also help to relax the bile ducts and allow more bile to come
through. Bile is very oily and if there
is a lot of bile coming through the system, then the stone has a chance to move through the common
bile duct quite easily.
9. If none of the
above options work, you can do an emergency flush by jumping
straight to the 6th day and following
protocol. That may help dislodge the stone. Instructions here:
